First of all, the rapid growth of export is due to the strong growth of the world economy, which has generated strong market demand. At the policy level, China has revised the Foreign Trade Law, fully liberalized the operation right of import and export, and stimulated the enthusiasm of various enterprises, especially private enterprises, to explore the international market.  The reform of the export tax rebate mechanism not only caused no new arrears in the year of the export tax rebate, but also paid off the accumulated tax rebates owed over the years, and improved the cash flow of export enterprises.
